What is the Chase Giving Card?
At Chase Plastics, we believe in Helping the Helpers—recognizing and supporting the charitable organizations that make a difference in the lives of others every day. Whether responding to times of need or providing year-round support, these organizations are the heart of our communities, and we’re proud to help them continue their important work.
Our Chase Giving Card tradition is one way we put that belief into action. Each holiday season, we invite you to nominate a favorite charitable organization for the chance to receive a $2,500 donation in your honor. As a thank-you for helping us recognize these deserving organizations, you’ll also receive a $100 Amazon gift card if your nominee is selected to receive a donation.
How to Participate:
- Submit your nomination: Complete the form below by December 13.
- Follow along on our social media pages in November and December as we highlight some amazing organizations nominated through our Chase Giving Card program.
- Celebrate the recipients: We’ll announce the selected charitable organizations on December 22.
- Share the giving: Have more than one favorite charity? Simply submit a separate nomination for each organization.
