What is the Chase Giving Card?

In times of crisis, it’s more important than ever to lend a helping hand to those in need. That’s why we’re proud to continue our Giving Card tradition (now in it’s 10th year) and recognize others who do so much for others all year round.

Once again this holiday season, we invite you to nominate your favorite charitable organization for the chance for them to receive a $2,500 donation in your honor.

If your charity is selected to receive a donation, you will also receive a $100 Amazon gift card in appreciation for your nomination.

• Using the form below, submit your nomination by December 9th
• We’ll highlight different charities on our social media pages through November and December. We’ll announce the winning charities on December 19th
• Nominate more than one charity by simply entering each charity as a new submission
